SHIPPING POLICY
HOW OUR MAILORDER SERVICE WORKS/FAQ
Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
1) YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AUTOMATICALLY upon placing this
order.
2) YOUR CARD IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED upon placing your order.
3) Each order is printed out when received by the shop (Monday through
Thursday are our mailorder days), and after we check what is in stock, we
will complete the Credit Card transaction charging you only for items in
stock and the appropriate postage rate. We reserve the right to ship
incomplete orders if you do not list alternates at the time of checkout, see
below.
***OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
1a) We DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK, nor do we have
a backorder list. If an item is out of stock that you think may become again
available, we suggest signing up for the EMAIL UPDATES, or checking the
website periodically.
2a) PLEASE LIST ANY ALTERNATES you might want in the "notes" section on
the checkout page, as this will help us to fill your order more
completely and faster.
3a) Please keep in mind that MANY ITEMS ARE LIMITED TO ONE COPY,
especially the used stock. Also keep in mind that orders are filled on a
first come-first served basis.
4) You will then receive an email confirming your order has been completed
and will be ready to ship.
5) If there are questions about your order, problems with your Credit Card,
or you live outside of the U.S., you will receive an email from us with
details and questions about your order. We will then await your response.
When we receive your response, we will either go forward with your
instruction, or cancel the order.
6) In the U.S., we can only ship to the actual credit card billing address.
This is the only way we can be sure it will go to the actual cardholder.
Please read note below for alternate address shipping.
7) When your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email
from stamps.com containing your tracking number for delivery confirmation in
the USA. Non-USA customers will receive email notification directly from us.
Please Note: To help prevent credit card fraud, ARMAGEDDON SHOP CAN ONLY
SHIP ORDERS TO A VERIFIABLE ADDRESS. If you choose an alternate shipping
address you will be required to make this address verifiable with your
credit card company. This will involve placing a call to your credit card
company at the Customer Service number listed on the back of your credit
card to have an "alternate address" notated on your account. The credit card
company must then enter the name and address of the person to whom you are
requesting your package be sent.
OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. CUSTOMERS
1) After placing your order, you will be contacted by email with a total and
postage options for your order. We will then await a reply from you with
your preferred method of shipping, and your choice of payment options. See
number 3 below.
2) Due to several cases of Credit Card fraud, We can NO LONGER ACCEPT
OUT-OF-COUNTRY CREDIT CARDS, as we are unable to verify if you are the
actual cardholder at this time.
3) Forms of payment we currently accept are: Paypal, Western Union,
Moneygram, well concealed USD in a registered letter, International Money
Order, or direct Bank to Bank transfer are all alternate payment options we
will accept.
Please Note: We would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience
this may cause. We have had too many charge backs from fraudulent credit
card purchases over the internet.
THE ARMAGEDDON SHOP MAILORDER BLACKLIST
1) We reserve the right to cancel or ignore orders from customers who have
wasted our time by either failing to respond in a timely manner to our
communications about their order, or placed orders and records on hold
without paying. You will be added to the list, and we will delete your
current order along with all future orders you may place. You will be
notified by email if you are to be placed on said blacklist.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped via U.S.P.S. MEDIA MAIL with DELIVERY
CONFIRMATION included at the rates listed below.
Insurance is recommended due to the nature of the postal service, we cannot
be responsible for packages once we deliver them to USPS for delivery.
Please check the appropriate box above if you want additional insurance
added to your order.
If you want to receive your package via PRIORITY MAIL, UPS, FEDEX, or any
other delivery option, please use the check box above. You will be charged
actual cost for this service. Delivery confirmation/Tracking Information
will be provided with this option as requested. Please make sure to add a
quick note if possible with this request to the "notes" on the checkout page
and we will get back to you with shipping costs for that option.
Again, if you do not live in the United States, you will be emailed with the
shipping options and rates for your order.
